INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Print two sheets onto cardstock Paper  (it's heavier)
2. Glue the sheet to thin cardboard or use a cereal box
3. Cut out the fan parts.
4. (Optional: ink the edges of each leaf for a more vintage look)
5. Punch the holes, arrange your fan and fasten together with a brad.   
6. After arranging the fan you can glue it together by slightly overlapping sides and/or use a backing   - paper or felt. (attach a ribbon to hang as an ornament/decoration)                                                                       OPTIONAL:  Use glitter glue on edges, add embellishments such as lace, ribbons, crystals, you can emboss to add shiny gold accents.  You can also line the back and cover the brad.  There are fan tutorials on youtube.
